  • Q: I can't access the link to a website from the cd
    A: Make sure you are connected to the internet and do not have any rules in your firewall that block these requests.
  • Q: I can't view the pdf files when I click on them
    A: Make sure that when you click the link to the pdf that you click the "Yes" button to allow the pdf active X component to load. You can also check off the In the future, do not show this message box. (see screenshots below)

  • Q: I can't go to the link in the pdf
    A: If it is a link to a website then make sure you have an internet connection. If it is a link to another document then you need to make sure you click on the "Allow" button to be able to display the next document. (see screenshots below)
